The Community / Amenities

Amenities & Recreation

Shared space, built into the plan

Amenities are woven through Calesa Township rather than parked in one clubhouse. Here is what residents have access to, from the trail network to the parks and the pedestrian tunnels.

The trail system

An extensive network of paved and unpaved trails runs throughout the community, connecting neighborhoods to green space and giving residents a route to walk, run, or ride without getting on the road.

  • Adventure Trails (coming soon): a trail experience built for exploration and outdoor challenges.
  • Fitness paths: multi-modal paved and unpaved paths with a yoga pavilion and stations spaced along the network.
  • Trailhead kiosks and pavilions: shaded rest and gathering points, with kiosks that highlight native wildlife.
  • Om Home: a multi-use structure off the trails for gatherings, morning yoga, and quiet time.

Pedestrian tunnels

Pedestrian tunnels carry residents safely beneath busy roadways, connecting the trails, parks, and amenities. The Birds of Passage tunnel features a large collaborative mural.

The mural pays homage to the history of the land, its ecosystem, and its native wildlife, from a blue heron in flight to a burrowing owl at the far end.

Mural by artists Don Rimx, Nicole Salgar, and Chuck Berrett. Artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Buying before 2027? Homes selling today are priced before The Nest opens. Many buyers purchasing now expect to benefit from the amenity uplift once the town center opens. Verify timelines and current plans with the builder before making any purchase decisions.
